BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND
GROUNDS
Involve members with skills to assist in the areas of carpentry,
electrical, painting, mechanics, plumbing, routine housekeeping cleaning and
washing), lawn and garden, appliance repair, heating and refrigeration.
Coordinate
Custodial staff duties
Annual heating and air conditioning service
Trash pickup
Lawn care and landscaping
Equipment maintenance and acoustical systems
Oversee
Building use
Maintenance and scheduling of van usage
Maintenance of parking lot, inside and outside lighting, and the sign
Repair and upkeep of furniture and furnishings
Repair and upkeep of all office equipment and purchase of office
supplies
Perform periodic checks of existing physical structure for necessary
maintenance such as painting, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing repair,
etc.
Insure that baptistry filter is replaced during April and September of each
year.
See that sidewalks and entrances are free of ice and snow or other debris.
Promote workdays by members as needed.
Ensure kitchen is properly supplied and equipment properly maintained.
